My stay at the Grand Park Wuxi was overall quite pleasant. The hotel is modern and clean, offering a comfortable experience. The bathroom amenities, especially the rain shower, were luxurious. However, my experience with their customer service after check-out left much to be desired, as I didn't receive any assistance regarding a lost item. It’s unfortunate because the hotel itself is great, but the lack of effective communication really dampened my experience.
